So a bit ago, like maybe a month, you went to your first stage performance. That's right, we saw Jake and Sophia Live! You weren't sure about it at first, but based upon the pics, I think you will see you warmed up to the idea.

You LOVED Jake. At the end of the show they shot "gold doubloons" out over the audience. (Ok, it was really gold colored tissue paper.) You kept shouting, "Daboons! Daboons!". I am thinking your first stage performance was a success.

Jumping on the bed at the hotel.  It is a hotel, you can jump on that bed. You may not jump on beds at home.

We might have stopped at one of Mama's favorite places to eat lunch the next day. I don't think you were impressed.

Halloween

So yesterday was Halloween. The weather wasn't as nice as last year and you struggled more with it this year (we are going to chalk it up to "No Nap Charlie"). This year you went as Woody from your favorite movie, Toy Story.

So here are my favorite pictures from our Pre-Halloween custom try-on and photo shoot.

Okay, I really love the picture of you smiling and holding Woody. You love to carry your Woody doll around.

On Halloween, Grandma stopped by to see you and then we went to Aunt Da's house. (Sorry, Dada didn't take any pictures of you and Grandma.)

 Note the "love print" you left on Aunt Da's door. (It was what Aunt Da was calling your finger prints on her fridge, your Dada also called your licking of the door "love prints.")

Okay, so originally you were standing next to me and I said, "Hmmmm." Well you like to copy people or try to copy them. You said, "Hmmmm," and lifted your hand to your chin. We couldn't get you to do it again. So Dada picked you up and did it, so you did it again. So be sure to say, "Hmmmmm," when looking at these pictures.

Following Aunt Da's we went over to your "Aunt" Marcia and "Uncle" Jeff's house for food and trick-or-treating. This is when "No Nap Charlie" really starting coming out. Luckily Aunt Marcia has Toy Story so we watched that while eating and then only went to two houses before calling it a night.

Today you were a tiger. Jana painted your face while you were at her house. I so wish I could have seen your reaction when you saw it. I love it.

So this morning Dada went in to get you up. He told you it was time to get up. He got out your diaper, lotion, and other things. He tried to get you up again. He turned on the light. He said, once again, "Charlie, time to get up." You replied, "Not yet." Soooooo your Dada's boy.
