the big council meeting

Who knew today was such an important day? The morning started out fairly normal. You drove your cars on Joey, hugged him, and he kissed you. (Joey really likes to give you kisses and nuzzle in your hair.)

So after some serious car driving, we "walked" into your room for a diaper change, a ride on Sheldon, and a story. Following the story, you crawled over to your crib and started saying, "In! In!" So I put you in your crib.

That's when it started. The big council meeting. I didn't know it was going to take place today, I am pretty sure it was top secret.

 I Heart Monkey the Monkey- representing all story and sports animals

Yoda- representing all animals with The Force

Earl the Elephant- representing all "real" animals

Scout- representing all animals that make sound

They represented these guys, who were unable to attend the meeting along with Sheldon and a couple of other camera shy guys. T-Rex is in there, somewhere, but he was one of the shy ones who kept getting out of the picture.

So I am not sure what happened during the proceedings, but there was A LOT of talking on your part. Scout also had a lot to say/sing, but I am thinking from your reactions of hugging him it was during the right moments.

Joey tried to join in during the deliberations, but you really didn't want him (you can see his paw on the left) or close up photography.

Apparently, Yoda provided wise counsel at the end, since he seemed to help "close" the council meeting of the stuffed animals.
